1. Nature of the Service RideCheck is a software technology platform that facilitates the documentation and presentation of vehicle inspection information. RideCheck does not provide mechanical, structural, or safety guarantees.
2. No Professional Advice Inspection reports are informational only and reflect observations at a specific point in time. They do not constitute warranties, certifications, or guarantees of vehicle condition.
3. Independent Inspectors All inspections are performed by independent third parties. RideCheck is not responsible for inspector actions, omissions, or conclusions.
4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: RideCheck and Csouth Technologies LLC are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on inspection reports. Users assume all risks related to vehicle purchase, sale, or evaluation.
5. Intellectual Property All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Csouth Technologies LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use Users agree not to: Misuse the platform. Submit false or misleading information. Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with system functionality.
7. Termination We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
